摘要:

当前，医院价格管理存在医保政策响应滞后、患者费用透明度不高、人工核算精准性不足、风险预警机制缺失等问题。对此，案例医院提出了基于DeepSeek的全周期优化方案，涵盖政策解读、合规校验、费用详解、投诉处理、数据可视化、趋势预测及人员培训等核心模块。该方案预期实现三大效果：形成智能化价格管理闭环，提升政策响应速度；建立数据驱动的决策模式，增强价格管理科学性；形成可持续的能力提升机制，培养复合型价格管理人才。该方案需分阶段实施，并完善风险评估体系，确保技术应用的安全性与稳定性。

Abstract:

At present, there are some challenges in hospital price management, such as delayed responses to medical insurance policies, insufficient patient cost transparency, imprecise manual calculations, and the absence of risk warning mechanisms. In response, a full-cycle optimization solution based on DeepSeek is proposed, which encompasses core modules including policy interpretation, compliance verification, cost breakdown, complaint handling, data visualization, trend forecasting, and personnel training. This solution is expected to achieve three major effects, including establishing a closed-loop of intelligent price management to enhance the speed of policy response, implementing a data-driven decision-making model to enhance the scientific nature of price management, and forming a sustainable mechanism for capability improvement to cultivate multidisciplinary pricing management professionals. The optimization plan needs to be implemented in stages, and the risk assessment system needs to be improved, so as to ensure the safety and stability of technology application.
