摘要:
随着我国医学影像需求持续扩大、异地就医规模激增,传统影像云存在无法跨省调阅、建设运维资金缺乏稳定来源、服务功能较单一等问题。国家医保局依托支付、监管等职能和全国医保信息平台优势,提出并开展“医保影像云”建设工作。医保影像云通过保障影像数据采集、质控与调阅应用,实现“患者可阅、同行可调、医保可核”,具有广阔的价值前景。未来,医保影像云将服务于更加综合广泛的社会领域,助力“健康中国”战略和“数字中国”战略目标实现。
Abstract:
As the demand for medical imaging continues to grow and the scale of cross-regional medical care surges in China, traditional cloud-based medical imaging management system faces issues such as the inability to access images across provincial borders, a lack of stable funding sources for construction and maintenance, and relatively single service functionality. Leveraging its functions in payment and supervision, as well as the advantages of the National Healthcare Security Information Platform, the National Healthcare Security Administration has proposed and launched the development of the "cloud-based medical imaging management system for Healthcare Security". By ensuring the collection, quality control, and access of imaging data, the cloud-based medical imaging management system for Healthcare Security achieves "access by patients, retrieval by medical peers, and verification by Healthcare Security", offering broad prospects for value. In the future, the cloud-based medical imaging management system for Healthcare Security will serve more comprehensive and extensive social sectors, contributing to the realization of the "Healthy China" and "Digital China" strategic goals.
