摘要:
新质生产力以促进技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置与产业深度转型为核心特征，赋能大健康产业高质量发展。然而在实践中，新质生产力赋能大健康产业高质量发展面临核心技术与场景应用深度不足、资金支持体系不完善、政策环境不友好、健康数据不流通等关键堵点。对此，在技术维度，构建智能基座，深化技术融合；在组织维度，优化组织架构和人才体系；在环境维度，创新政策体系，培育产业生态；在数据维度，打通数据壁垒，充分发挥数据要素的巨大价值，从而助力实现健康中国战略目标。
Abstract:
New quality productive forces, characterized by promoting revolutionary technological breakthroughs, innovative allocation of production factors, and deep industrial transformation, empower the high-quality development of the health industry. However, in practice, the empowerment faced key bottlenecks, including insufficient depth of core technologies and application scenarios, inadequate financial support systems, an unfavorable policy environment, and barriers to health data circulation. In response, at the technological level, an intelligent infrastructure should be constructed to deepen technological integration; at the organizational level, organizational structures and talent systems should be optimized; at the environmental level, policy systems should be innovated to cultivate the industrial ecosystem; and at the data level, data barriers should be broken down to fully leverage the value of data factors, thereby contributing to the realization of the Healthy China strategic goals.
