摘要:
我国大健康产业在覆盖人群、基础设施、服务供给等方面实现了跨越式发展，但仍存在结构性矛盾突出、服务体系碎片化、创新要素集聚不足、区域资源配置不均等问题，亟须从跨越式发展向高质量发展转型。在转型方式选择上，应以全民健康促进为核心，通过关键领域能力提升、产业主体结构优化和人才培养体系建设，重塑大健康产业竞争力。在转型时机上，应把握国家战略布局、资源拓展赋能、品牌创新升级与圈层协同治理等契机，为大健康产业发展注入持续动力。在转型路径上，应构建多层次组织体系、完善健康促进网络、对标国际与彰显特色、强化“健康+”融合生态及创新协同治理机制，推动大健康产业实现质效跃升。
Abstract:
China's comprehensive health industry has achieved leapfrog development in terms of population coverage, infrastructure, and service provision. However, there are some issues, such as prominent structural contradictions, a fragmented service system, insufficient aggregation of innovation factors, and uneven regional resource allocation. It is an urgent need to transition from leapfrog development to high-quality development. In terms of the approach, the promotion of public health should be at the core, and the competitiveness of comprehensive health industry should be reshaped through capacity building in key areas, optimization of the industry's structural composition, and the development of a talent cultivation system. Regarding the timing, it is necessary to seize opportunities presented by national strategic planning, resource expansion and empowerment, brand innovation and upgrading, and collaborative governance across various sectors to inject sustained momentum into the development of comprehensive health industry. In terms of the path, it is necessary to establish a multi-tiered organizational system, improve the health promotion network, benchmark against international standards and highlight local characteristics, and strengthen the "health+" integrated ecosystem and innovative collaborative governance mechanisms, so as to drive a qualitative and efficiency leap in comprehensive health industry.
