目的：分析2012—2023年我国中医医院效率与公平的耦合协调关系及其影响因素，为优化中医医院资源配置、推动效率与公平协同发展提供决策参考。方法：综合采用超效率SBM模型、卫生资源密度指数、耦合协调模型、空间自相关分析以及地理探测器等研究方法，分析中医医院效率与公平耦合协调关系。结果：2012—2023年，我国中医医院效率与公平的耦合协调度整体处于较低水平，区域差异显著，空间分布呈“东高西低”态势；人均地区生产总值、城镇化率以及每万人拥有卫生技术人员数是影响耦合协调度的关键因素，且各因素的交互作用对耦合协调水平具有增强效应。结论：我国中医医院效率与公平的耦合协调水平总体较低，应增强中心区域的带动能力、重视低效地区的运行发展、优化中医资源布局、发挥各类要素的协同作用，推动中医药服务体系高质量发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the coupling coordination relationship and its influencing factors between efficiency and equity of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) hospitals in China from 2012 to 2023, and to provide decision-making references for optimizing resource allocation in TCM hospitals and promoting the coordinated development of efficiency and equity. Methods A comprehensive approach combining the super-efficiency SBM model, the health resource density index, the coupling coordination degree model, the spatial autocorrelation analysis, and the geographic detector method was employed to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between efficiency and equity in TCM hospitals. Results From 2012 to 2023, the coupling coordination degree between efficiency and equity in TCM hospitals remained at a generally low level in China, with significant regional disparities and a spatial distribution characterized by "higher levels in the east and lower levels in the west". Per capita regional GDP, urbanization rate, and the number of health technicians per 10 000 people were identified as the key factors affecting the coupling coordination degree, and the interactions among various factors exerted a reinforcing effect on the coupling coordination level. Conclusion The level of coupling coordination between efficiency and equity in TCM hospitals is generally low in China. It is recommended to enhance the leading role of central regions, prioritize the operational development of low-efficiency areas, optimize the distribution of TCM resources, and leverage the synergistic effects of various factors, so as to promote the high-quality development of TCM service system.
