摘要:
通过文献系统复习的方法，收集对家庭医生签约服务存在问题的描述，从内部要素和外部要素的视角对问题进行分类整理，确定解决问题的优先顺序。结果显示:我国家庭医生签约服务的外部要素中需要优先解决的是社会环境问题，内部要素中需要优先解决的是资源供应问题。对此，提出相应的对策建议。
Abstract:
Through the system review of the literature, this paper collected the description of the problems of the family doctor contract service and classified the problems from the perspective of internal factors and external factors to determine the priority when solving the problem. The results showed that social environmental problems among external factors and resources supply among internal factors were factors needing resolution most that related to family doctors' contracting services. In this regard, this proposed corresponding countermeasures.
