摘要:
本文界定了患者药品福利的含义，将消费者剩余理论作为量化分析工具，分析药品价格、药品可及性以及医生诱导需求对患者药品福利的影响。结果显示：药品价格降低、可及性提高和医生诱导需求减少，都会在一定程度上增加患者药品福利。因此，为提升患者药品福利，建议“零关税、进医保、促仿制”多措并举、发挥政府与制药企业的协同作用、防范医生诱导需求。
Abstract:
This paper defined the meaning of patient drug welfare，and used the theory of consumer surplus as a quantitative analysis tool to analyze the impact of drug price，drug accessibility and doctor-induced demand on patient drug welfare. The results showed that lower drug prices，improved accessibility，and reduced doctor-induced demand will increase patient drug benefits to some extent. Therefore，in order to improve the patient's drug welfare，it is recommended that "zero tariff，medical insurance，and imitation system" measures to play a synergistic role between the government and pharmaceutical companies to prevent doctor-induced demand.
