摘要:
当前，新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情突发，急需大量应急救治物资。本文通过构建新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急供应链协同管理框架，采用协同管理手段，如计划协同、信息协同、物流协同、标准协同等，消除疫情应急物资供应可能发生的不协调现象，以更优化、更科学的方式有序组织和协调各种可用资源，最大限度满足疫情医疗救治需求。
Abstract:
The outbreak of COVID-19 requires a large number of emergency supplies.The advanced synergy management such as plan synergy, information synergy, logistics synergy and standard synergy was used to eliminate possible incoherence in the operation of epidemic emergency supply chain. So as to make sure the supply chain operating efficiently by using more advanced and scientific tools to organize and coordinate the available resources. And then the demand to the maximum was met for medical treatment and prevention.
