摘要:
目的：探析不同合作关系下县域医联体的整合能力与稳定性差异。方法：从合作关系、整合能力以及稳定性三个方面设计调查问卷，对贵州省361家开展县域医联体合作的乡镇（社区）卫生院管理者进行问卷调查，采用描述性统计、单因素方差分析、多重比较等统计方法对数据进行分析。结果：不同合作时间、不同合作方式和不同合作类型的县域医联体在整合能力、稳定性方面均存在显著差异。结论：应明确县域医联体功能定位，完善激励机制，加强互联共享，合理增收控费以及促进人才流动，促进县域医联体整合能力和稳定性的提升。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the differences on the integration ability and stability of county medical unions under different cooperative relationships. Methods The questionnaire was designed from three aspects of cooperative relationship, integration ability, and stability. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 361 township (community) hospitals of country medical unions in Guizhou Province. Descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA, and multiple analysis were used to analysis the data. Results There were significant differences in the integration ability and stability of county medical unions with different cooperation time, different cooperation methods and different cooperation types. Conclusion The function of county medical unions should be clearly defined, the incentive mechanism should be improved, the connection and sharing should be increased, the collection and control of fees should be reasonably increased, the flow of staffs should be promoted, and then to promote the integration capacity and stability of county medical unions.
