摘要:
阐述了互联网医疗的内涵与意义，从医保支付范围、支付标准以及支付水平三个角度，梳理分析美国互联网医疗服务医保支付政策及变迁，从确定服务项目、规定支付标准、建立利益分配机制、设定支付条件等方面提出我国互联网医疗服务的医保支付的发展思路。
Abstract:
It explains the connotation and significance of Internet medical care. Then combs and analyzes the medical insurance payment policies and changes of American Internet medical services from the three perspectives of medical insurance payment range,payment standard and payment. The development ideas of medical insurance payment for Internet medical services in China is proposed from determining service items,stipulating payment standards,establishing benefit distribution mechanisms and setting payment conditions.
