摘要:
目的：分析临床免疫类检验项目收入的影响因素，为制定相应的政策提供依据。方法：建立结构方程模型，开展相关性及模型拟合度分析，测量路径系数及总效应值。结果：临床免疫类检验项目的服务收益与医院类型、年份、价格及服务量均显著相关；价格、服务量、医院类型及年份对收入标化总效果值为0.86，其中服务量对服务收益的总效应最强。结论：服务量是临床免疫类检验项目收入的重要驱动因素，政府应制定政策，控制临床免疫类检验项目的服务量。
Abstract:
Objective Analyze the factors affecting the income of clinical immune testing items，and provide evidence for formulating corresponding policies.Methods Establish structural equation model，develop analysis of correlation and model fitting degree，measure path coefficient and total effect value.Results The service income of clinical immune testing items is significantly related to hospital type, year, price and service quantity. The total effect value of price, service quantity, hospital type and year on income standardization is 0.86, and the total effect of service quantity on service income is the strongest.Conclusion Service quantity is an important driving factor for the income of clinical immune testing items. The government should formulate policies to control the service quantity of clinical immunization testing programs.
