摘要:
儿童类专科医院因患儿的特殊性，DRG分组需予以特殊考量。本文结合DRG的基本内涵，阐述了DRG分组原则及儿童病例分组的特殊性，分别从成本核算、病案管理和信息管理工作三个方面探讨了DRG对儿童类专科医院运行管理的影响，提出了针对性的对策建议。
Abstract:
Because of the particularity of children in pediatric hospitals, DRG grouping should be given special consideration. Combined with the basic connotation of DRG, this paper expounds the principle of DRG grouping and the particularity of pediatric case grouping, discusses the influence of DRG on the operation and management of children's specialized hospitals from three aspects of cost accounting, medical record management and information management, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
