摘要:

目的：分析2008—2019年江苏、浙江公立医院医疗费用结构变动情况。方法：通过结构变动值、结构变动度和结构变动贡献率，分析江苏、浙江公立医院门诊和住院费用的结构变动情况。结果：2008-2019年，江苏公立医院次均门诊费用、次均住院费用的年均增幅分别为3.87%、2.58%，浙江分别为1.79%、0.79%；门诊费用构成中，两省药品费占比分别下降了7.38百分点和13.96百分点；住院费用中，药品费的结构变动值从2010年开始下降，住院费用结构变动度整体开始上涨。结论：两省公立医院控费成效较好，浙江医疗费用结构更为合理。

Abstract:

Objective To analyse the structural changes of medical expenses in Jiangsu and Zhejiang from 2008 to 2019. Methods The changes of medical expenses in these two provinces are analyzed by the value of structural change, the degree of structural change and the contribution rate of structural change. Results From 2008 to 2019, the average annual growth rate of the average outpatient cost and inpatient cost of public hospitals in Jiangsu was 3.87% and 2.58%, respectively, and that in Zhejiang was 1.79% and 0.79%, respectively. In the composition of outpatient expenses, the proportion of drug expenses in the two provinces decreased by 7.38% and 13.96% respectively. Among inpatient expenses, the structural change value of drug expenses began to decline since 2010, and the overall change in the structure of hospitalization expenses began to rise. Conclusions The cost control effect of public hospitals in the two provinces is better, and the medical cost structure in Zhejiang is more reasonable.
