摘要:
目的: 了解农村基层医疗机构与医院的服务协同开展情况，为推动农村基层医疗服务协同工作提供依据。方法: 采取多阶段分层抽样和典型抽样相结合的方法，选取江苏、安徽六个地区农村基层医疗机构开展问卷调查和政策文件收集工作。结果:两省基层医生熟练运用远程医疗系统获得技术支持的掌握水平较低；村卫生室在实际工作中对医疗服务协同能力需要程度高于乡镇卫生院；基层医生的医疗服务协同能力满足实际工作需要的比例超过95%。结论:推动农村地区基层医疗服务协同工作的关键在于政府要优化政策，注重提升基层医生队伍整体素质并加强信息化建设。
Abstract:
Objective By investigating the medical service coordination ability of 1 859 primary-level doctors in rural areas of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, we can understand the cooperative development of medical service between primary-level medical institutions and hospitals, and suggestions were made to provide a basis for promoting the coordination of primary health care services in rural areas of the two provinces. Methods Questionnaire survey and policy document collection were carried out in rural primary health care institutions in Jiangsu and Anhui. Results The mastery level of technical support by using telemedicine system was low, and the village clinic needed more coordination ability of medical service than the township hospital. The proportion of the medical service coordination ability that the primary-level doctors possess meets the actual work needs was more than 95%. Conclusions The key to promote the cooperation of primary health care in rural areas of the two provinces is that the government should optimize the policy, improve the overall quality of primary doctors and strengthen the information construction.
