摘要:
采用文献分析和问卷调查相结合的方法，对上海市公立医院医务人员的收入进行分析。 结果显示，抽样医院2013年医务人员平均收入约15万元，医院类型、人员类型、性别、年龄及职称是影响医务人员收入的主要因素。医务人员普遍认为目前薪酬水平偏低，期望在薪酬分配时优先考虑岗位工作量。同时，政府应加大对医疗机构的支持，确立并推广一套行之有效的薪酬分配制度，并重视完善非经济性福利。
