摘要:
研究心血管疾病、癌症、慢性呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病四类主要慢性病和其它慢性病对中老年家庭不同层次消费的影响。结果显示：四类主要慢性病对中老年家庭日常生活消费没有影响，但会显著降低家庭较高层次的消费；当低收入家庭遭受四类主要慢性病时，不仅较高层次消费显著下降，日常生活消费支出也显著下降。然而，当遭遇其它慢性病冲击时，即使中低收入家庭，也不会显著减少各项消费，中高收入家庭甚至会增加食品支出。可见，当遭遇四类主要慢性病时，中老年家庭没有足够的风险分担机制平滑家庭消费，尤其是低收入家庭。因此，社会保障部门应考虑在现有
