摘要:
随机抽取广西崇左市27家基层医疗机构，分析其基本药物供保障情况。结果显示：样本机构在药品采购中基本药物占比较高，基本药物的配送率也较高，但仍存在部分药品不配送和配送不及时等短缺情况，且基本药物的配备大多集中在少数大类药物，其他药物配备品种较少。因此，有必要健全药品短缺上报平台，科学评估药品生产配送企业服务能力，引入第三方物流保障药品配送，从而提升贫困地区基层医疗服务能力。
