摘要:
我国肿瘤的发病率、死亡率日益上升，其疾病经济负担日益加重。而目前我国社会医疗保险和商业健康保险的作用都有限，因此要正确区分政府与市场的角色和责任，特别要重视社会医疗保险的作用，而不能仅仅依靠商业健康保险。
