摘要:
本文总结了我国医联体的发展趋势与功能定位，梳理了深圳罗湖区医疗集团的发展历程及特点。在此基础上，提出我国医联体的功能定位——以健康为中心。为实现这一目标，应改革医保支付方式，开展健康干预；健全以健康为导向的绩效薪酬制度改革；开展医联体内部核算或有偿服务。
Abstract:
his paper summarizes the development trend and functional orientation of China's medical associations, and sorts out the development history and characteristics of Shenzhen Luohu District medical group. On this basis, the functional orientation of China's medical association is proposed - taking health as the center. In order to achieve this goal, medical insurance payment methods should be reformed, and health interventions should be carried out; health-oriented performance compensation system reform should be improved; and internal medical accounting or paid services should be carried out.
