摘要:
基于社会网络理论，分析知识型与非知识型高血压患者的社会网络结构及其健康知识传播的路径和方式，从而进行有针对性的健康教育模式设计：知识型高血压群体呈现“社团结构”特征，对其健康教育应充分利用群体与外界的弱链接进行健康知识输入，同时促进成员之间的扁平化交流；非知识型高血压群体呈现 “无标度结构”特征，对其健康教育应在集中教育的基础上加大针对关键节点的干预力度，充分利用关键节点促进健康知识的传播。
Abstract:
Based on the theory of social network, this paper analyzes the social network structure of knowledge-based and non-knowledge-based hypertensive patients and the path and method of health knowledge transmission, so as to carry out targeted health education model design: knowledge-based hypertension group presents the characteristics of "community structure", and health education for them should make full use of the weak links between the group and the outside world for health knowledge input, and promote the flat communication between members; non-knowledge hypertension group exhibits the characteristics of "scale-free structure", and health education for them should increase the intervention of key nodes on the basis of centralized education, and make full use of key nodes to promote the dissemination of health knowledge.
