摘要:
从胜任力的角度,开展社区医院全科医生薪酬体系的研究:利用调查问卷收集的数据,计算出全科医生的胜任力模型,利用要素计点法计算其胜任力水平,并通过胜任力水平和薪点数之间的转换,最终得出一种以全科医生服务能力为主要付酬依据的薪酬体系。
Abstract:
From the perspective of competence, this paper analyzed the salary system of general practitioners in community hospitals using the data collected by questionnaire. The competency model of the general practitioner is calculated, and the competency level is calculated by the element counting method. Finally, a salary system based on the service ability of the general practitioner is constructed through the conversion between the competency level and the salary points.
