摘要:
医疗联合体是实现分级诊疗与优化医疗资源配置的重要手段。文章基于医疗联合体的背景与运行现状，分析了组合模式型、技术协作型与整合型医联体的利弊与生成逻辑，并基于协同理论,就“利益协同”、“运作协同”、“整合协同”等角度提出优化建议，以提升医联体的运行效率。
Abstract:
he medical consortium is an important means to achieve graded diagnosis and treatment and optimize medical resource allocation. Based on the background and operational status of the medical consortium，the paper analyzed the advantages，disadvantages and generation logic of the combined model，technical collaboration and integrated medical associations. This paper，based on the perspective of synergy，also proposed optimization suggestions to improve the operational efficiency of the medical association on “interest synergy”，“operational synergy”，and “integrating synergies”.
