摘要:
安徽省新型农村合作医疗贫困人口住院服务利用与费用负担水平分析显示，贫困人口住院服务利用显著高于普通人群，且住院医疗机构构成趋于合理，住院补偿水平显著高于普通人群，疾病经济负担有效降低。然而仍需关注健康扶贫政策的可持续发展问题。
Abstract:
The analysis of the inpatient service utilization and the cost burden level of the poor rural population in the new rural cooperative medical care in Anhui province showed that the inpatient service utilization of the poor population was significantly higher than that of the general population，and the composition of the inpatient medical institutions tended to be reasonable. The hospitalization compensation level was significantly higher than that of the general population and economic burden of disease was effectively reduced. However，it is still necessary to pay attention to the sustainable development of health and poverty alleviation policies.
