摘要:
目前，养老机构已成为老年人社会化养老的重要方式，标准化管理是提高养老机构服务质量的重要保障。根据失能老人功能障碍的程度以及由此产生的照护需求，完善养老机构照护标准体系，可以更好地提高养老机构的服务质量，满足失能老人的健康和照护服务需求。
Abstract:
At present，the old-age care institution has become an important way for the elderly to gain socialized support. Standardized management is an important guarantee for improving the service quality of the aged care institutions. According to the degree of dysfunction of the disabled elderly and their resulting care needs，promoting the standard system of the old-age care institutions can better improve the service quality of the institutions and meet the health and care services needs of the disabled elderly.
