摘要:
基于“十二五”期末云南省卫生人力资源状况、特点，对照云南省“十三五”时期卫生人力资源的发展目标，对云南省卫生人力资源增长缓慢的原因进行了分析，提出适当扩大医学生招生规模、加大定向培养力度、加强卫生人才引进工作、加大乡村医生和全科医生培养力度、提高医学生教学质量等措施建议。
Abstract:
Based on the status and characteristics of health human resources in Yunnan Province at the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period，this paper analyzes the reasons for the slow growth of health human resources in Yunnan Province against the development goals of health human resources during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period in Yunnan Province. We should expand the enrollment scale of medical students，devote greater efforts in the orientation training，promote the introduction of health talents，increase the training of rural doctors and general practitioners，and improve the quality of medical students.
