摘要:
运用Dagum基尼系数分解和Kernel密度函数估计,探讨医院床位数和卫生技术人员数的空间非均衡状态。结果显示:整体而言,我国各地区卫生资源配置非均衡状况不断改善,但这种改善更多体现在硬件(医院床位数)上,而软件(卫生技术人员数)的改善相对较慢;从地区间和地区内看,主要表现为东部对中西部地区的卫生资源配置具有优势,同时在东部地区内部卫生技术人员处于非均衡状态。对此,提出相关建议供决策参考。
Abstract:
The Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition and Kernel density function estimation were used to explore the spatial non-equilibrium state of hospital bed number and number of health technicians. The results showed that overall,the imbalance of health resources allocation in various regions of China continued to be improved,but this improvement was more reflected in the hardware (number of hospital beds),while the improvement of software (health technicians) was relatively slow. From inter-regional and intra-regional perspectives,problems were mainly characterized by the superiority of health resource allocation in the eastern and central-western regions,while the internal health technicians in the eastern region were in an unbalanced state. In this regard,relevant recommendations were made for decision-making.
