摘要:
家庭医生制度引发的患方法律风险主要体现在责任主体、生命健康、知情同意、隐私、财产等五个方面。为防范家庭医生服务中患方的法律风险，应健全上位法体系、确立家庭医生团队评级制度、健全家庭医生培养制度、界定家庭医生团队内部组织形式和责任形式、明确家庭医生的执业范围、保障患者隐私、加强民事合同约束等。
Abstract:
The legal risks triggered by family doctors system are mainly reflected in five aspects: responsible subject, life health, informed consent, privacy, and property. The improved system of the upper-level law, the well-established family doctor team rating system, the improved family doctor training system, the well-defined internal organization form and responsibility form of the family doctor team, the clearly defined scope of practice of the family doctor, guaranteed patents' privacy and strengthened civil contract constraints are all needed to prevent the legal risks of the affected patients in the family doctor service.
