摘要:
本文基于社会网络理论，分析优化健康知识传播的社会网络要素及城市老年人群社会网络结构特点。 结果显示，城市老年人群的交往存在区域性，区域内老年群体社会网络的网络密度较低，存在部分弱联结，健康知识在这类网络中的传播效率较低。建议通过组建老年人健康互助小组、重点教育关键人物、组建跨社区线上交流平台等措施，促进城市老年群体健康知识传播，优化老年健康教育效果。
Abstract:
Based on social network theory, this paper analyzed the social network elements that optimize health knowledge dissemination and the social network structure characteristics of urban elderly groups. The results showed that the communication of urban elderly population was regional, the network density of social networks in the elderly was low, and there was a partial weak connection. The health knowledge was less efficient in such networks. It was suggested that through the establishment of senior health support groups, key education for key personnel, and the establishment of cross-community online communication platforms, to promote the dissemination of health knowledge among urban elderly groups and optimize the effects of health education for the elderly.
