摘要:
测算和分析我国中老年糖尿病患者的疾病经济负担。结果显示：我国中老年人群糖尿病患病率为5.139%，人均疾病经济负担为9 594.1元/年，人群疾病经济负担总量为2 598.6 亿元/年,占同年GDP的0.38%；糖尿病患者的疾病经济负担随着合并症种数的增多而增加。
Abstract:
This paper estimated and analyzed the economic burden of diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes in China. The results showed that the prevalence of diabetes in the middle-aged and elderly population in China was 5.139%, the economic burden of per capita disease was 9594.1 RMB/Year, and the total economic burden of the population was 2598.6 billion RMB/Year, accounting for 0.38% of GDP in the same year. The economic burden of the disease increased as the number of comorbidities increased.
