摘要:
采用演绎性内容分析法，分析9个长期护理保险试点城市的服务项目清单，对服务项目进行归类整理，以明确我国长期护理保险服务项目清单设计的特点，进而提出政策建议：积累试点经验，逐步扩大服务范围；按需划分护理服务层级，优化资源配置；促进服务项目规范化、标准化。
Abstract:
Using deductive content analysis method，this paper analyzed the list of service items of 9 long-term care insurance pilot cities，classified service items to clarify the characteristics of China's long-term care insurance service project list design. And then this paper proposed policy recommendations: to accumulate pilot experience and gradually expand the scope of services; to divide the level of care services on demand and optimize resource allocation; to promote standardization of service projects.
