摘要:
浙江省以让群众不得病、少生病和就近看得上病、看得好病为目标，以高质量高水平建设健康浙江为主线，创新县域医疗卫生服务体系、管理体制、运行机制和服务模式，构建县域医疗卫生服务共同体，取得了阶段性成果。浙江省委书记车俊日前指出，县域医共体建设是新时代解决基层医疗体制问题的重大探索和突破，是建立新型医疗卫生服务体系的“牛鼻子”，是卫生健康领域带有革命性意义的工作。
Abstract:
Aiming to make the public not be sick，be less sick，and get treated conveniently and well when sick，and build the health system with high quality and level，Zhejiang province constructed county medical community by innovating the county medical and health service system，management system，operation system，and service model. Che Jun， the Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee， pointed out that the construction of county medical community was a major exploration and breakthrough in solving the problem of primary health care system in the new era；it was the burgeoning of a new medical and health service system and a revolutionary work in the field of health and health.
