摘要:
本文基于Leutz W提出的整合照护分析框架，系统梳理国内外研究文献，认为目前我国“医养结合”的政策目标是为半失能和失能老人提供长期照护服务，应实现医疗与养老的“完全整合”，形成资源互补、功能融合的中国特色发展模式。同时，从资格审查、临床服务、服务传递、信息、资金筹集、案例管理、受益7个系统层面探讨我国“医养结合”的发展路径。
Abstract:
Based on the integrated nursing analysis framework proposed by Leutz W，this paper systematically sorted out the domestic and foreign research literature，and believed that the current policy goal of "combination of medical treatment and care" is to provide long-term care services for semi-disabled and disabled seniors，and to achieve fully integration of medical and pension care，forming a development model with Chinese characteristics that complements resources and integrates functions. At the same time，from the seven aspects of qualification examination，including clinical service，service delivery，information，fund raising，case management，and benefit，we explored the development path of "medical treatment and care combination" in China.
