摘要:
基于R语言操作环境，利用Wilcoxon秩和检验对患者并发症与合并症总体水平进行前期分级，应用遍历思想逐一比对各级患者并发症与合并症，并进行病例临床复杂性水平划分，为DRGs分组方案的本地化调整提供思路。
Abstract:
Based on the R language operating environment，this paper used the Wilcoxon rank sum test to pre-classify the overall level of patient complications and comorbidities，compared the complications and comorbidities of patients at all levels by ergodic thoughts，and classified the clinical complexity level of the cases to provide ideas for the localization of DRGs.
