摘要:
家庭医生中医治未病健康服务系统包括家庭医生、社区居民、服务管理者、服务流程与技术、支持平台、信息系统、社会公众的观念与政策环境等核心要素。目前，该系统面临居民意愿不足、专业人才缺乏、管理制度和支持体系不完善等现实障碍。为更好地发展家庭医生中医治未病健康服务事业，应综合采取加强服务宣传、鼓励政策探索、加强队伍建设、完善管理制度、探索服务模式、整合各种资源等多种举措。
Abstract:
The family doctor's traditional Chinese medicine treatment system includes family doctors，community residents，service managers，service processes and technologies，support platforms，information systems，and the public's concept and policy environment. At present，the system faces real obstacles such as insufficient residents' willingness，lack of professional talents，imperfect management system and support system. In order to better develop family doctors' preventive medicine serves，comprehensive measures such as strengthening service propaganda，encouraging policy exploration，strengthening team building，improving management systems，exploring service models，and integrating various resources should be taken.
