目的:比较分析安徽省公立医院与社会办医院医护人员的工作满意度及其影响因素。方法:随机抽取皖北、皖中和皖南6家公立医院和9家社会办医院,通过填写工作满意度量表,调查分析两类医院医护人员的工作满意度。结果:医护人员工作满意度总体较低,特别在薪酬、福利及工作流程维度上的满意度较低;社会办医院医护人员工作满意度高于公立医院医护人员;有失业保险、没有住房公积金的医护人员工作满意度较高;公立医院护士的总体满意度高于医生。结论:应综合考虑公立医院和社会办医院医护人员的各类实际需求,采取不同的激励手段,提高医护人员的工
Abstract:
Objective To compare and analyze the job satisfaction and influencing factors of medical staff in public hospitals and private hospitals in Anhui Province. Methods Six public hospitals and nine private hospitals in Weibei,Yuzhong and Weinan were randomly selected. The job satisfaction scales were filled out to investigate and analyze the job satisfaction of the medical staff in these two types of hospitals. Results The job satisfaction of medical staff was generally low,especially in the salary,welfare and workflow dimensions. The job satisfaction of medical staff in private hospitals was higher than that of public hospitals;staff with unemployment insurance and no housing provident fund reported higher job satisfaction;the overall satisfaction of nurses in public hospitals was higher than that of doctors. Conclusion It is necessary to comprehensively consider the various practical needs of medical staff in public hospitals and private hospitals,and adopt different incentives to improve the job satisfaction of medical staff.
