摘要:
总结英国在长期照护服务中引入准市场的实践，分析其在不断发展的外部环境下，政府、市场、供应商、消费者之间关系的演变历程，反思准市场的应用及其对长期照护服务供给产生的影响，评价其效率、回应性、选择和公平等目标的实现情况，以期为我国正在试点的长期照护提供借鉴。
Abstract:
This paper summarized the practice of introducing quasi-markets in long-term care services in the UK，analyzed the evolution of the relationship among government，market，suppliers，and consumers in the evolving external environment，reflected the impacts of the application of quasi-market and its long-term care services，evaluated its efficiency，responsiveness，choice and fairness，etc.，in order to provide reference for the long-term care that is being piloted in China.
