摘要:
住院医师规范化培训是整体提高医疗卫生服务能力和水平、保障医疗质量和安全的重大举措。当前，我国住院医师规范化培训存在的主要问题是培训基地认定与管理机制不完善、多种身份并存的培训模式面临诸多挑战、培训质量有待进一步提高、与临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养模式之间的矛盾突出等，对此，提出进一步完善住院医师规范化培训制度的对策建议。
Abstract:
Standardized training for residents is a major measure to improve the ability and level of medical services as a whole and to ensure the quality and safety of medical care.At present，the main problems in the standardized training of resident physicians in China are the imperfect training base and management mechanism， training mode with multiple identities facing many challenges，poor quality of training，and the conflicts with cultivation modes for postgraduate students in clinical medicine.In response to these，this paper proposed countermeasures to further improve the standardized training system for residents.
