摘要:
目的: 分析家庭灾难性卫生支出在城乡、不同收入家庭中的发生率和发生强度，提出全民健康覆盖下提高疾病经济风险保护的建议。方法:运用Cochran-Armitage趋势检验、帕累托图及灾难性卫生支出测量指标，对城乡家庭灾难性卫生支出发生率和发生强度进行分析。结果: 低收入家庭、农村低收入家庭是灾难性卫生支出的高危家庭；加权发生率和加权强度证实，家庭灾难性卫生支出集中发生在低收入家庭，其测算结果比未加权的结果更严重。结论: 以问题为导向改善卫生筹资策略，加强对重点人群疾病经济风险保护，提高全民卫生服务可负担性，实现全民健康覆盖。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the incidence and intensity of family catastrophic health expenditure in urban and rural areas and different income families，and put forward suggestions for improving the economic risk protection of diseases under the coverage of national health. Methods Cochran-Armitage trend test，Pareto chart，and catastrophic health expenditure measurement indicators were used to analyze the incidence and intensity of catastrophic health expenditures of urban and rural families. Results Low-income families and low-income families in rural areas were families at high-risk of catastrophic health expenditures. Weighted incidence and weighted intensity confirmed that family catastrophic health spending was concentrated in low-income households， and the results were more serious than unweighted results. Conclusion It should be problem-oriented to improve health financing strategies， strengthen the protection of economic risks of key populations，improve the affordability of universal health services，and achieve universal health coverage.
