摘要:
目的：分析湖南省社区卫生服务机构发展现状，比较不同性质社区卫生服务机构运营及服务效率情况，提出相应对策建议。结果：湖南省社区卫生服务机构整体发展良好；不同性质社区卫生服务机构运营存在差异；政府办社区卫生服务机构服务效率高于社会办和个人办社区卫生服务机构。结论：完善社区卫生服务机构补偿机制和监管考核，提升社区卫生服务效率，灵活社区卫生服务运行机制，使不同主体机构优势互补。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the development status of community health service institutions in Hunan Province，compare the operation and service efficiency of community health service institutions of different natures，and propose corresponding countermeasures. Results The overall development of community health service institutions in Hunan Province was good；there were differences in the operation of community health service agencies of different natures；the service efficiency of government-run community health service institutions was higher than that of social offices and individual community health service agencies. Conclusion We should improve the compensation mechanism and supervision assessment of community health service institutions，improve the efficiency of community health services，and flexibly operate the community health services to complement the advantages of different institutions.
