摘要:
基于可持续发展视角，探讨了实施健康扶贫的价值意义，梳理了“贫困—疾病—贫困”恶性循环链条生成机制，分析了可持续健康扶贫面临的现实挑战，并以问题为导向，提出健康扶贫可持续途径：强化内生动力培育，增强可持续健康扶贫实效；兼顾短期与长期效应，确保健康扶贫能力可持续；高质量脱贫，实现健康扶贫成果可持续。
Abstract:
Based on the perspective of sustainable development，this paper explored the value of implementing health and poverty alleviation，sorted out the vicious circle chain generation mechanism of “poverty-disease-poverty”，analyzed the realistic challenges faced by sustainable health and poverty alleviation. This paper proposed problem-based health-oriented poverty alleviation sustainable approach including，strengthening endogenous power cultivation，enhancing the effectiveness of sustainable health and poverty alleviation，taking short-term and long-term effects into account，ensuring that health and poverty alleviation is sustainable，and high-quality poverty alleviation to realize sustainable health poverty alleviation results.
