摘要:
在梳理医疗救助和健康扶贫功能定位的基础上，认为健康扶贫与医疗救助衔接存在识别机制有区别、信息共享有难度、扶贫对象与民政救助对象重合率不高等困难。对此，总结各地探索健康扶贫与医疗救助衔接的实际经验，提出政策建议。
Abstract:
On the basis of combing the medical rescue and health poverty alleviation function，it is considered that there is challenges in health poverty alleviation and medical rescue including，differences in the identification mechanism，the difficulties in information sharing，and the difficulties in coordinating the poverty alleviation object and the civil aid object. In this regard，summing up the actual experience of exploring the convergence of the two places，this paper proposed policy recommendations.
