摘要:
运用制度分析方法，剖析我国台湾地区健保制度医药费用控制机制——浮动点值机制、药费与点值关联机制、基层点数加成机制、总额预算制度和实物给付制度。台湾地区健保制度医药费用控制机制组合具有系统性、全面性、精巧性的特点，对大陆地区具有重要借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Using the system analysis method，the paper analyzed the medical cost control mechanism of the health insurance system in Taiwan with perspectives from the floating point value mechanism，the drug fee and point value correlation mechanism，the grassroots point number addition mechanism，the total budget system，and the physical payment system. The combination of medical cost control mechanism in the health insurance system in Taiwan is systematic，comprehensive and exquisite，and has important reference significance for the mainland.
