摘要:
分析了某三级甲等综合医院2018年1—6月实施单病种付费的运行现状，以临床路径为基础制定标准成本，对超支的前五位病种开展实际成本测算，并与标准成本进行对比,提出合理设置单病种标准成本、加大单病种成本管控的建议。
Abstract:
This paper analyzed the operation status of a single disease payment in a third-grade general hospital from January to June 2018，and established standard cost based on the clinical path. The actual cost calculation and comparison with standard cosy for the top five diseases of over-expenditure were carried out. This paper proposed that we should set the standard cost of single disease and increase the cost control of single disease.
