摘要:
医疗大数据信息的采集不可避免会和患者隐私产生冲突，两者之间的冲突具有群体性、延续性、功利性的特点，造成冲突的原因主要有：两者权利界限不明确，对医疗大数据信息采集缺乏相应的伦理监管，医疗大数据信息安全防范不足。对此，要从知情同意权、公共利益、动态平衡的视角，化解两者之间的冲突。
Abstract:
The collection of medical big data information will inevitably conflict with the privacy of patients. The conflict between the two has the characteristics of group， continuity and utilitarian. The main reasons for the conflict are： the boundaries of rights are not clear， and the big data information collection lacks corresponding ethical supervision， and medical big data information security is insufficient. In this regard， we must resolve the conflicts between the two from the perspective of informed consent， public interest， and dynamic balance.
