摘要:
目的：分析贵州省某三甲医院肺癌非手术患者住院费用及其构成。方法：对712例肺癌非手术患者住院费用进行Kruskal-Walli秩和检验分析，对住院费用的构成进行线性回归分析。结果：不同性别、不同年龄、不同住院天数、不同医保类型、病灶是否转移、不同出院情况对肺癌非手术患者的住院费用差异有统计学意义；肺癌非手术患者住院费用中位数为17 101.835元，占比较大的是西药费、治疗费及检查费。结论：降低药占比、控制平均住院日、合理扩大医保报销范围等措施可减轻肺癌等肿瘤患者的经济负担。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the hospitalization costs and composition of non-surgical patients with lung cancer in a top three hospital in Guizhou Province. Methods Kruskal-Walli rank sum test was performed on the hospitalization expenses of 712 non-surgical patients with lung cancer. Linear regression analysis was performed on the composition of hospitalization expenses. Results There were significant differences in hospitalization costs of non-surgical patients with lung cancer with different genders， ages， hospitalization days， different types of medical insurance， whether the lesions were metastasized or not. The median hospitalization cost for non-surgical patients with lung cancer was 17 101.835 yuan with western medicine， treatment and inspection fees taking great proportions. Conclusion Measures such as reducing the proportion of drugs， controlling the average hospitalization day， and reasonably expanding the scope of medical insurance reimbursement can alleviate the economic burden of cancer patients such as lung cancer.
