摘要:
我国基层卫生人才流失严重，制约着基层卫生事业的发展，为此，各地积极试行订单式基层卫生人才培养新模式。本文以江苏省为例，分析基层卫生人才订单定向培养存在的问题，从改进定向医学生招生流程、提高教学质量、健全培养使用政策等方面，提出对策建议。
Abstract:
The loss of grassroots health talents in China is serious，which restricts the development of grassroots health. To this end，local governments have actively tried new models for order-based grassroots health personnel training. Taking Jiangsu Province as an example，this paper analyzed the problems existing in the orientation training of grassroots health talents，and proposed countermeasures from the aspects of improving the enrollment process of oriented medical students，improving teaching quality，and improving the training policies.
