摘要:
采用文献研究方法，对我国高值医用耗材管理的全流程进行政策梳理。结果显示，当前我国高值医用耗材存在生产注册管理不规范、流通领域较为混乱、价格管理不理想、临床使用缺乏有效的评估标准、医保目录准入滞后等问题。对此，短期内应加快完善价格项目、推行集中采购、完善信息编码、加强医生培训等；中长期来看，应推广卫生技术评估、改革支付方法、建设人员队伍，尤其需要理顺医院激励机制。
Abstract:
The literature research method was used to sort out the whole process of high-value medical consumables management in China. The results showed that the current high-value medical consumables in China have problems such as irregular production management，confusion in the circulation field，unsatisfactory price management，lack of effective evaluation standards for clinical use，and lag in access to medical insurance catalogues. In this regard，in the short term，we should speed up the improvement of price projects，implement centralized procurement，improve information coding，and strengthen doctor training. In the medium and long term，we should promote health technology assessment，reform payment methods，personnel construction，and rationalize hospital incentives.
