摘要:
老龄化加剧已成为社会问题，空巢化、少子化以及家庭结构的改变使传统的家庭护理不足以承担全部的护理职能，而机构护理的高昂费用以及人文关爱的缺乏使其无法满足老人的长期护理需求。发展社区居家型护理，不仅可减轻长期护理的经济负担，还可增加便捷性和人文关怀，提高长期护理的服务质量和效率。
Abstract:
Increasing aging has become a social problem. The empty nest，the declining birth，and the change of family structure make traditional home care not enough to undertake all the nursing functions，and the high cost of institutional care and the lack of human care make it unable to meet the long-term needs of the elderly care. The development of community-based home care can not only reduce the economic burden of long-term care，but also increase convenience and humane care，and improve the quality and efficiency of long-term care.
