摘要:
近年来，推行医院志愿者服务成为改善医疗服务质量、提高病人满意度的重要手段。本文以杭州地区医院为例，分析我国公立医院志愿者服务可持续发展的必要性和可行性，针对存在问题，探索适合我国国情的公立医院志愿者服务可持续发展模式，如加强志愿者服务规范化管理、加大政策支持力度、创新管理模式、培育志愿者服务核心价值观等。
Abstract:
In recent years，the implementation of hospital volunteer services has become an important means to improve the quality of medical services and improve patient satisfaction. Taking one hospital in Hangzhou as an example，this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the sustainable development of volunteer service in public hospitals in China，and explored the sustainable development model of volunteer service in public hospitals suitable under Chinese context. We should strengthen the standardized management of volunteer services，increase policy support，innovate management models，and foster core values of volunteer services.
