目的:基于医患双方视角,探讨医护人员工作满意度与住院患者满意度的相关关系。方法:基于“全国进一步改善医疗服务行动计划第三方评估”问卷,对全国136所三级公立医院医护人员和住院患者进行满意度调查。结果:医护人员对薪资福利、职业发展、职业认同感及同行关系等维度的满意度与住院患者总体满意度呈显著正相关;离职意向与住院患者总体满意度呈显著负相关。结论:医院应提高医护人员的薪资和福利水平,增强医护人员工作归属感,从而提高医护人员的工作满意度,进而改善患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between medical staff's job satisfaction and inpatients' satisfaction. Methods Based on the “National Further Improvement of Medical Service Action Plan Third Party Assessment” questionnaire,we surveyed the satisfaction of medical staff and inpatients in 136 tertiary public hospitals across the country. Results The satisfaction of medical staff in the dimensions of salary and welfare,career development,professional identity and peer relationship was significantly positively correlated with the overall satisfaction of inpatients; the intention of leaving was significantly negatively correlated with the overall satisfaction of inpatients. Conclusion The hospital should improve the salary and welfare level of medical staff,enhance the sense of belonging of medical staff to improve the job satisfaction of medical staff,and thus improve patient satisfaction.
